Water-based epoxy colored sand self-leveling flooring is a two-component composite material composed of colored quartz sand, water-based epoxy resin, and a curing agent. It forms seamless flooring through a self-leveling process, combining high strength with decorative appeal. This flooring is suitable for environments requiring high cleanliness standards.

The product employs a trowel-applied technique (achieving 1-3mm thickness), leveraging the synergistic effect of modified resin and colored sand to deliver mechanical properties including compressive strength ≥80MPa and abrasion resistance (750g/500r) ≤0.02g, while also providing chemical corrosion resistance.

Through three-dimensional blending of colored quartz sand with varying particle sizes, artistic effects such as simulated stone textures can be achieved. Custom color formulations are available to meet personalized design requirements for commercial spaces.
